电镜中心

PG电子-PG电子官方直营平台 /北京生命科学研究所电镜中心为研究所各实验室提供生物电镜样品的制备以及成像服务，同时中心也致力于开发新型的可克隆电镜标记技术，引进最新的技术方法，拓展电子显微成像技术在生物学领域的应用。

中心配备有Thermo Fisher Tecnai spirit G2（120kV）透射电镜，Wolhwend HPF compact01高压冷冻仪，Leica EMPACT2高压冷冻仪，Leica AFS2冷冻替代仪，Leica UC7/FC7超薄切片机，FEI Vitrobot投入式冷冻仪等先进仪器设备。中心主要提供以下服务：

1. 样品制备

化学固定、高压冷冻-冷冻替代、冷冻含水切片CEMOVIS、低温包埋免疫标记、包埋前免疫标记、Tokuyasu冷冻切片免疫标记、光电联用、负染以及投入式冷冻等样品的制备

2. 电镜成像

二维成像、电子断层成像以及三维重构、连续切片三维重构以及光电联用技术

3. 用户培训与咨询
